Helpdesk

Our Help Desk is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Out of hours access is only available to clients with current service level agreements.

Each of our Technical Support Engineers are qualified in a wide range of hardware and software solutions and can either assist you on phone, by email or through remote log in.

Service Level Agreement

Each client who selects our monthly Support Service Package is provided a SLA following an intensive systems reveiw.

It is critical that we understand your systems and technology thoroughly so as we can provide your business with the best Support Package available. Working together we will esatblish a SLA which will deliver your business with a high quality technical support which in turn is constantly monitored and updated inline with your technology & business requirements.

Delivery

At Inventive Technology Solutions, we aim to respond within 4 hours and fix within 8 hours.

Our bespoke Service HelpDesk Software provides a 'ticketing' scheme for all issues logged either by email, phone or through our upcoming client portal. This provides a transparent trail of issue logging, response, status and outcome.
