By Road, from the North
Follow the A1- A1(M) from Newcastle until Junction 65 and join the A1231 eastbound through Washington towards Sunderland. At the roundabout crossing the A19, continue toward Sunderland. At the 4th roundabout take the exit onto Hylton Park Road continuing onto Alexandra Avenue. Turn right onto W Quay Rd and follow into Quay West Business Park. Our unit is located on Austin Boulevard overlooking the River Wear. Parking is available.
By Road, from the South
Follow the A1 north until junction 62 and join the A690 eastbound towards Sunderland/A19. Join the A19 northbound and take the second junction for Sunderland North A1231. Turn right onto the A1231, towards Sunderland. At the 4th roundabout take the exit onto Hylton Park Road continuing onto Alexandra Avenue. Turn right onto W Quay Rd and follow into Quay West Business Park. Our unit is located on Austin Boulevard overlooking the River Wear. Parking is available.
By Air, from Newcastle
Follow the A696 south towards Newcastle-upon- Tyne and join the A1 southbound.Follow the A1- A1(M) until Junction 65 and join A1231 eastbound towards Sunderland.
Continue as per road directions.
Otherwise taxis are available upon request from outside the airport
By Air, from Durham Tees
Heading southwest, join the A66 east towards Stockton for 6½ miles. Join the A19 northbound near Middlesbrough. Continue driving towards Sunderland and Newcastle for 28 miles. Take the A1231 exit towards Sunderland N. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A1231/Wessington Way heading to Sunderland and continue as per road directions.

Location
Quay West is located on the northern bank of the River Wear adjacent to the Queen Alexandra Bridge on the site of the old Austin Pickersgill dockyard. Immediate access from Sunderland City Centre and the regional and national road networks is provided via Alexandra Avenue and Wessington Way (A1231) which in turn links up with the A19 and A1(M).
